Legal framework for protection of investment:

The following bilateral agreements have been signed between Denmark and Pakistan for protection of investment and avoidance of double taxation:

  1. Pakistan and Denmark have signed the Agreement on Promotion and Protection of Investment (1996)
  2. Agreement on Avoidance of Double Taxation (2002).
